As Director of Client Experience, Phyllis ensures that our clients are well cared for, from their initial client meeting through regular check-ins and events. She delivers first-class service to everyone, every step of the way, ensuring their journey through all of life's milestones are met with comfort and ease.
Phyllis comes to Alia Wealth Partners with more than 25 years of experience in operations management, project planning, and business services support with NCR Corporation. Her BA in English from Millsaps College, along with an abundance of on-the-job training, gives Phyllis the ability to think critically and undertake new challenges. She has learned that flexibility, adaptability, determination and the willingness to learn continually are characteristics that can transfer to any business or industry.
PERSONAL BIO
I am a hometown Memphian and proud of its “grit and grind” vibe. I love my city so supporting the community is very important to me. Currently, I serve as secretary for the League of Women Voters of Memphis/Shelby County, am active in my local church, am on the boards of United Methodist Neighborhood Centers of Memphis and Wesley Senior Ministries, and am Deputy Registrar for the Shelby County Election Commission.
I cheer on the Memphis Grizzlies and the U of M Tigers, as well as support the arts through Theatre Memphis, the Orpheum, the Symphony, the Dixon and the Botanic Garden, just to name a few of my favorites. When I am at home, I’m busy texting with my two almost-grown grandkids and watching classic movies on TCM.
