PERSONAL BIO

I moved to Memphis at the age of 10 from upstate New York and currently live in Oakland, Tennessee. My son lives in Chattanooga and is engaged to his high school sweetheart. My daughter attends Arlington High School and is enrolled in the welding program. She’s also on the Arlington Girls Flag Football team, which last year was No. 8 in the state.

Most of the time, you will find me at a concert, working on home projects, taking the kids to visit my mother at the beach, or swimming at home in our pool. I also partner with the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency at different boating classes, especially Boating Under the Influence classes for their officers, along with Operation Dry Water press conferences.

I do so to share the story of my husband and youngest daughter, both of whom passed away in a boating incident in August 2020. Our hope is to raise awareness of boating under the influence and stop or limit these incidents.
